Originally from Mexico and raised in the Skagit Valley, I later moved to Seattle for school — Go Dawgs! and proudly call Seattle home. My journey into real estate began during my own first-time homebuyer experience more than six years ago. That process opened my eyes to the power of homeownership and sparked my passion for helping others build financial stability through real estate. Since then, I have personally used the house hacking strategy to turn three properties into five rental units, giving me hands-on experience with real estate investing, rental properties, ADUs/DADUs, and creative wealth-building strategies.
