Raíces is my passion project created to help Latino families build wealth, stability, and opportunity through real estate.

My own story started with a home my dad built brick by brick — a home that gave our family a foundation, opened doors to better education, and later helped us pursue the American Dream. Years later, I purchased that same home as my first property and began to understand the deeper value of real estate, it’s not just a place to live, but a tool to create options, security, and generational opportunity.

Through Raíces, I provide education, resources, and guidance for Latino buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, ITIN, DACA borrowers, mixed-status families, and community partners who want a path toward homeownership.

Raíces is an intentional way for me to give back to my community by helping more Latino families understand, access, and use real estate as a tool for long-term stability and wealth building.

For many of us, homeownership is more than buying a house. It represents sacrifice, opportunity, family, and the ability to build something that can support future generations.

Why It Matters

My Dad built our first home brick by brick.

That home gave our family a foundation. It gave us stability. Later, my parents sold that home so we could move to a better school district and have access to better educational opportunities. Years after that, they sold another home to help us start a new chapter and follow the American Dream here in the United States.

It was not until I became a homeowner and real estate investor myself that I fully understood the true value of real estate.

A home is not only a place to live. It can become your savings account, your safety net, your investment, your legacy, and the tool that helps you create bigger opportunities for yourself and your family.

first home purchase was proudly the very first home my dad built for us in Mexico. Today, that home continues to give our family value by housing my Abuelo. And now, that little ranchito in Guerrero has become part of a growing tourism area, and we are developing the property to add rental rooms.

That is my home value story.

Through Raíces, I want to help more Latino families create their own.

What Is Proyecto Raíces?

Raíces is a real estate education and resource project created for Latino families, first-time buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, and community partners.

After years of working in real estate, I continue to hear misinformation that keeps hardworking families from taking the first step toward homeownership.

Many people think they cannot buy because of their immigration status, income structure, credit, lack of savings, or because they simply do not know where to begin.

Proyecto Raíces was created to change that.

Through this project, I help clients understand their options, create an individualized plan, and connect with trusted professionals such as lenders, insurance agents, contractors, financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and community organizations.

The goal is simple: to put the right pieces together so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Through Raíces, I provide education on the homebuying, selling, and investing process so you can make informed decisions at every stage.
